Movari is a logistics operations platform designed for companies that run last-mile delivery at scale: a live fleet board, order dispatch, driver management, cash-on-delivery control, incident response, and weekly reporting, all in one product. The project is a full product design system built as ten production-grade screens. Every screen renders the same operational moment: 38 drivers out across 6 hubs, 1,940 deliveries on the board, $24,310 in COD moving through the day, one critical incident in triage. Every number cross-references across the product, from the live board down to a single driver's cash position, so the interface reads like software in use rather than a mockup. The UI is a light, type-driven system with a single indigo accent, designed for operators who stare at it for ten hours a day. The project closes with a 31-second product film, built entirely in code, that speedruns the platform: live dispatch, an order moving through its pipeline, the cash ledger reconciling to the dollar, and a week compiled into a report. Movari is a self-initiated recreation of production client work, rebuilt from scratch under a fictional brand. All names, places, and data are fictional.
